Unlocking Features
When the app is first installed, its audio features are locked. This page explains how to unlock the audio features.
Step 1: Connect to the Internet
The app communicates with the App Store using an Internet connection. You must connect to a WiFi network or a cellular data network. If no such connection is active, check your device settings under Settings > WiFi and Settings > Cellular.
Step 2: Check Your Clock
To ensure the proper operation of App Store and trial features, you should set your device to the correct local time. Check your device settings under Settings > General > Date & Time.
Step 3: Start the Free Trial
When the app launches, it prompts you to begin the free trial. You may start the trial now (tap the Start button), or later when it is more convenient (tap the Not Now button). If the audio features remain locked, the app will occasionally remind you to start the trial.
Step 4: Unlock Audio
When the free trial expires, the app presents an offer to unlock the audio features. You may buy now (tap the Unlock Audio button), or later when it is more convenient (tap the Not Now button). If the audio features remain locked, the app will occasionally present the offer.
Optional: Restore Purchase
Occasionally the app may revert to a locked state after a version upgrade, a re-installation or a connection issue. If your device has a working Internet connection, tap the Restore Purchase button. This button restores (i.e. reactivates) your previous purchases, including the free trial unless it is expired.
Use of Apple ID
Occasionally the App Store may prompt you for your Apple ID and password. This is normal for all in-app purchases, including the free trial.
